What data is public?
Only basic information such as observer name, location, time, and species name (if submitted/known) will be seen on maps. Other details will only be visible to the individual who has made the submission and to the site managers.
Who can access the data?
Based on the number of contributions made by a general user, certain aspects of dataset will be available to them as per the managers discretion.
If any student/researcher wants data for research, they can write to the managers @ priyanka@zooreach.org, zooreach@zooreach.org. Database will be shared at the managers discretion.

Acknowledgements
In case of publications where the submitted data plays a significant role, the data provider should be acknowledged in the paper.
In case of publications that has bulk users to be credited, due to non-practicality of crediting every user in the paper, acknowledgement will be given to them generically as, ‘1OCEAN@Zooreach users’. However, these users will be acknowledged on the website for their contribution.
Credits will be given to the data provider when their data is used for any sort of media channels.
