It is a type of ray. Its species name is sting ray. I was saw in mandapam,Tamilnadu.its physical appearance is flat bodies, long tails, camouflage. Its habitat and behavior is marine animal, bottom dwellers, solitary animals. Defense mechanism is venomous barb and spines. Its reproduction is oviviparous and live birth. In mandapam it was used to send to poultry. It was saw with some variety of fish.
